About Me

Hello and welcome!

My name is Robin, and I am a Computer Science teacher at St. Patrick’s Higher Secondary School, Asansol. Along with teaching computer science, I also have the privilege of conducting Value Education classes for middle school students.

Over the years, I have realized that stories are one of the most powerful ways to teach values to children. A simple story can help students understand important life lessons such as honesty, kindness, respect for parents, responsibility, and empathy. When children listen to stories, they not only enjoy them but also remember the moral lessons for a long time.

This blog was created with a simple purpose: to help teachers teach values through meaningful Indian stories.

Here, you will find moral stories from Indian culture, mythology, history, and folklore that can be used during Value Education classes in schools. These stories are carefully written and adapted so that they are easy for teachers to narrate and engaging for students to listen to.

My goal with this blog is to:

  • Provide inspiring moral stories from India

  • Support teachers who conduct Value Education classes

  • Help students learn important life values through storytelling

  • Preserve and share the wisdom of Indian traditions

Many of these stories have been told for generations and continue to guide us with timeless lessons. By sharing them here, I hope to make it easier for teachers to bring meaningful discussions and value-based learning into their classrooms.

Thank you for visiting this blog and being a part of this journey of learning values through stories.
